Safer introductions.
Clear limits.
These are review-ready pre-launch terms, not final launch copy. Company identity, governing-law wording, and counsel approval must be completed before public launch. Questions can be sent to the monitored contact at support@aupairpilot.de.
1. What AuPairPilot provides
AuPairPilot provides eligibility checks, profile discovery, matching, messaging, and safety-review tools for prospective au pairs and host families. AuPairPilot does not employ au pairs, sponsor visas, make immigration decisions, or guarantee a placement.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep your account link private, use the service only for genuine au pair placement, respect the other person’s boundaries, and follow applicable law. Do not upload someone else’s identity document or share payment requests, off-platform contact details, or unsafe content through messaging.
3. Eligibility and review
Automated checks and human review support safer introductions but do not prove character, compatibility, or legal eligibility. Official authorities and qualified advisers make their own decisions. AuPairPilot may restrict or suspend access while investigating safety, identity, or policy concerns.
4. Privacy and content
Profile visibility increases progressively and only within the relevant relationship. You keep ownership of the information you submit and permit AuPairPilot to process it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, subject to the final privacy notice.
5. Before these terms go live
These terms require final counsel approval, a named legal entity, dispute and governing-law clauses, and versioned consent storage. The monitored contact is support@aupairpilot.de. AuPairPilot must not be publicly launched on this draft.
